FRIYay Uplifting Yoga class:
End your week on a high note and step into the weekend feeling energized! This uplifting yoga class combines stretches with strength-building moves, creating a balanced flow that’s as fun as it is invigorating. With a warm, welcoming vibe, this class invites everyone—no yoga experience required! Arrive as you are, and leave feeling lighter, brighter, and ready to embrace the weekend. 60-90 minute class (can be offered any day of the week).
Goal: To move in ways that feels uplifting, release tension, increase flexibility and build strength - both physically and mentally.
Relax & Recharge:
Looking to unwind after a long week or begin your week with a dose of nourishing self-care? This restorative yoga class is designed just for that. We’ll move gently and hold poses for 1–4 minutes, giving your body the time it needs to fully release tension and let go of stress, both physically and mentally. Leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on whatever comes next. 60-90 minute class.
Goal: To deeply relax and restore, providing both your body and mind with the opportunity to feel more at ease.
Breathwork & Meditation
Craving a moment to breathe, reset, or simply take a time-out?
This class is for you. Come as you are - no need for workout gear. Just sit or lie down and enjoy a rejuvenating journey within, clearing both mind and body. You’ll leave feeling calm, clear-headed, refreshed, and focused. Perfect for anyone needing a mental and physical reset in just 30–60 minutes.
Goal: To create a peaceful space for inner calm, clarity and creativity. Enhances mental focus and rejuvenation through mindful breathing and meditation.
Movement & Mindset Medicine Workshop:
Our Movement & Mindset Medicine concept is a holistic approach that emphasizes the powerful connection between our body and mind. Through a powerful blend of intentional movement, breathwork, and mindset-shifting tools, this method integrates physical conditioning with mental development to unlock your fullest, most empowered potential. The goal isn’t just to only become physically fit—but to also ignite powerful mental transformation, working from the inside out.
